- Subs for the EOS Tournaments must have played at least TWICE during the current league.
- Coed 4s - Must have 1 girl minimum.
- Coed 6s - Must have 2 girls minimum.
- Full team must be present within one hour after check-in time or automatic forfeit and no refund.
